The Problem

Feedbacks are everywhere.

"Gathering all the feedback in one location was an enormous task, often filled with back-and-forth Slack, emails, texts and conversation. And that was just one piece. Gathering all the information without missing any vitals details, comments, suggestion or feedback was another. Especially if or when the feedback contradicted each other." - Agency E

The Solution

All-in-one Feedback Loop

Bridging the communication gap between a shared language by the power of visualization — so that the words themselves become less important which enable us to pinpoint what client is referring to — enhancing the efficiency by removing sheer amount of conversations that are not there anymore.

How does agencies typically gather feedback and what are their challenges?

How does agencies typically gather feedback and what are their challenges?

How does agencies typically gather feedback and what are their challenges?

  • During the survey, I was able to capture that majority of agencies are utilizing some sort of project management tools in their feedback processes.

  • Almost every companies using Slack as their main messenger app.

  • However, some smaller agencies often don't have a set feedback processes.

We use a standard ticketing tool, but the biggest problem with that is that we then get a bunch of redundant tickets.

Marketing Agency

We don't really have a set process. I would say it ends up being “the path of least resistance” for our clients.

Advertising Company

As we just looked it up, since their feedback processes involve multiple tools, the majority of their pain points relate to the amount of time spent organizing feedback from them.

Meanwhile, conversations can easily get lost.

Some also mentioned that they have experienced inefficiency in communication because it's hard to understand which specific parts their client is referring to.

Spends too much time creating cards in project management tools like Jira, Github issues, Pivotal Tracker, Asana, etc.

Marketing Agency

The single most critical factor was the size of the company. Because the larger the company,

  1. the bigger the teams, stakeholders, clients, customers.

→ conversations are more likely to get lost or tangled.

  1. the more tools there are to maintain the conversations.

→ requiring more time spent on each tool.

Collecting feedback

A dedicated feedback page that supports live websites, landing pages, Figma canvases, PDFs, image files, and even Powerpoints.

Collect key insight and important context with a collaborative feedback layer over your creative projects.

Track & Organize Feedback

Track where the project is, the status of each task, and see feedback from all stakeholders in one place. Even get emails when the client is active, and a daily digest of what's been accomplished.

Chat

Conversations occasionally happen outside of the feedback loop. To create a truly centralized client management platform, it is crucial to implement a chatting system, enabling efficient interaction and idea sharing.

Search

Many teams and clients have been grappling with the challenge of locating files, projects, or stakeholders when things become complicated. Providing them with an easier way to efficiently search for precisely what they need is crucial.
